To maximise absorption of the CBD into your system, for longer-lasting effects, place your desired dosage amount under your tongue and hold the CBD oil drops there for a minute before swallowing. Check our guide on our website to find the right CBD strength based on your needs. Existing data supports a daily consumption of more than 10mg of CBD only when taken over a short period. Not when consuming CBD Daily or ingesting it regularly in high doses. If taking consistently, we recommend you take breaks periodically to allow the CBD to be excreted from your body.

Eresos offers complimentary express delivery (1-2 working days) on all UK orders over £70.

For orders below £70 customers can select:

• Express Delivery: 1-2 working days (Royal Mail Tracked 24), cost £5.99
• Standard Delivery: 2-4 working days (Royal Mail Tracked 48), cost £4.99

At time of launch, we currently offer no international delivery.

Delivery time will depend on the shipping distance and may vary. Orders are processed between Monday and Friday

RETURNS POLICY

You may return, only products that are damaged, defective or unopened, unused and re-sellable within fourteen days of receipt of the goods.

NB. For damaged or defective goods we will provide return shipping label and reimburse any initial shipping costs.
